The Temperature Monitoring System uses a Hygeian internet-enabled gateway at each pharmacy. A precision temperature transmitter is placed inside each of your medication fridges. These transmitters wirelessly send their measurements to the gateway. Every minute the gateway collates and sends that data to the Hygeian cloud-based server where it is recorded and actioned.
Temperature alarms are automatically sent to your appropriate personnel. The Gateway immediately warns you of power outages and continues to operate for up to 9 hours, giving you a complete temperature history while you execute your power outage plan.
Hygeian Support Staff are automatically notified of any changes in transmitter and gateway status. In the unlikely event of a sensor or gateway developing a fault, it will be replaced free of charge while your subscription remains active.
The Hygeian Staff Activity Management System and Training System enables your supervisors and managers to plan well into the future when checklists and training are to be carried out and by whom. The system sends the required checklists to each of your pharmacy team members who carry out their duties and confirm completion of their actions using a mobile phone, tablet. laptop or PC as appropriate. Charts show your supervisors and managers how your system and staff are performing in real time.
