The Hygeian System is fully subscription-based and requires no capital outlay. This includes the wireless transmitters and gateways.
The system is fully maintained and annually calibrated by Hygeian as part of the rental, ensuring continuous and uninterrupted service which frees your staff to focus on their most productive activities.
The Temperature Monitoring System uses a 4G enabled gateway at each site. Up to 120 precision temperature transmitters wirelessly send their data to the gateway. Every minute the gateway collates and sends that data to the Azure server where it is recorded and actioned.
The Hygeian Scheduling System sends your checklists to your production, cleaning and maintenance team members who carry out their duties and confirm completion of their actions using a mobile phone, tablet or PC as appropriate.
Alarms and scheduled reports are automatically sent to your appropriate personnel. Charts show your supervisors and managers how your system and staff are performing in real time.
Hygeian Support Staff are automatically notified of any changes in transmitter and gateway health status. Transmitters with new batteries and updated calibration certificates are sent from Hygeian HQ to site every 12 months to replace those in service.
Cloud Based Food Safety System
Single Sites
Restaurants, Cafes, Pubs, Butcheries, Wineries.
These organisations are generally single site with between 1 and 20 locations that need continuous temperature monitoring and 1 or 2 spot checking thermometers for goods receival and food temperature checking. In some instances, they may have more than one gateway on the site if the monitored locations are spread out.
Multi Site
Fast Food Chains, Hotel Groups, Aged Care Facilities, Hospitals.
These organisations have multiple sites reporting back to Enterprise HQ. Each site has one or more gateways depending upon the size of the site. There are generally between 5 and 30 continuously monitored locations at each site depending upon the size of the operation at each site. There are usually about 5 to 10 spot temperature checking thermometers at each site.
Food Transportation and Storage
Delivery Trucks, Refrigerated Warehouses, Distribution Depots.
Delivery trucks will typically have 1 to 3 locations that require continuous temperature monitoring. Generally, they do not require spot temperature testing as this is usually something their customers would do upon goods arrival. Refrigerated Warehouses may have up to 50 locations that need monitoring and several gateways, depending upon the size of the operation. They will also usually need 1 to 5 spot temperature testing units for checking incoming and outgoing goods.
